Overview: As a Relationship Management Specialist for bank products, you will support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with merchants, promote ongoing engagement, and assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell key offerings such as business deposits, business loans, strategic partnerships, and digital banking solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Achievement of bank sales target.
- Cross-sell digital bank products to merchants.
- Collect and submit necessary information and documents to onboard merchants.
- Help merchants through the onboarding process until product activation or disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate digital banking product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, business development, operations, compliance, and others.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report partner concerns to relevant teams.
- Manage strategic partner relationships with a focus on supporting co-marketing efforts and distribution of banking and lending products.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in micro financial institutions or micro lending.
- Strong background in account acquisition and management, business development, solutions selling, and cross-selling.
- Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is an advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively engaging and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
