Description: 

 

Core Profile:

  • Leads the management, optimization, and governance of product systems supporting operations and sales support services.
  • Serves as the key coordinator between Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure system reliability, proper configuration, and seamless implementation of product enhancements.
  • Oversees and drives User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure system releases, product updates, and operational changes meet business requirements and adheres to current process and policies prior to deployment.
  • Ensures operational readiness by establishing structured testing processes, system documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and support product system configuration, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system-related issues affecting product functionality or operational processes.
  • Coordinate with other teams: Technology, Product, Operations and Others for system enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance support for new features or product updates.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and stability.
  • Monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and ensures proper execution for system enhancements, product launches, and process changes.
  • Document system workflows, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge management.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to product systems.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling product systems, business systems, or operational systems support.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and release coordination.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
  • Experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking systems is highly preferred
  • Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or project delivery is an advantage.
