Scheme & Settlement Operations Sr. Associate
Overview:
Senior Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of aftersales requests and adjustment of transactions related to bank products and services (e.g., e-wallet. deposits, loans, credit cards, QR payments/acquiring transactions). This position ensures all requests are handled within service level agreements (SLA), with a strong focus on compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, process ownership, and continuous improvement mindset to support a seamless customer experience post-transaction.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in fulfillment, reconciliation, or posttransaction support.
- Exposure to financial adjustments, exception handling, and documentation preparation.
- Familiarity with operational risk controls, SLA management, and reconciliation tools.
