What you will be doing:
- Overall owner and lead for campaigns from business case creation, implementation, performance monitoring, and post-mortem report & analysis
- Overall day-to-day execution lead with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize campaigns:
- DTI application
- Promo onboarding
- Manual disbursements
- Asset requests
- Media placements
- Customer support together with CSG team
- Payments and budget monitoring
- Overall campaign performance tracking and insighting
- Other Initiatives (e.g. Strategic partnerships per use case, Learn/ Social engagement campaigns, Ops/ Downtime comms as needed, etc.).
- Manage partner discussions as support to Key Account Managers and Business Dev teams
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Preferably with marketing/campaigns background from E-Comm, FinTech, Digital banks
- Has experience in cross-functional leadership and basic people management skills
