Senior Brand Associate

What you will be doing:

  • Overall owner and lead for campaigns from business case creation, implementation, performance monitoring, and post-mortem report & analysis
  • Overall day-to-day execution lead with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize campaigns:
    • DTI application
    • Promo onboarding
    • Manual disbursements
    • Asset requests
    • Media placements
    • Customer support together with CSG team
    • Payments and budget monitoring
    • Overall campaign performance tracking and insighting
  • Other Initiatives (e.g. Strategic partnerships per use case, Learn/ Social engagement campaigns, Ops/ Downtime comms as needed, etc.).
  • Manage partner discussions as support to Key Account Managers and Business Dev teams

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Preferably with marketing/campaigns background from E-Comm, FinTech, Digital banks
  • Has experience in cross-functional leadership and basic people management skills
