Senior Business Development Associate

What you will be doing: 

  • Project Management – Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence internal teams, external partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Data Analysis & Insights – Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to extract, analyze, and interpret data for strategic insights.
  • Execution & Implementation – Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive go-to-market strategies and business solutions.
  • Presentation & Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Process Optimization – Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operations and business performance.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management , Industrial Management, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable
  • At least 2 years Sales / Business Development experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
