What you will be doing:
Business Lending & Growth Strategy
- Own and drive the end-to-end business lending strategy for MSMEs — from product development to commercialization and performance
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across target segments, industries, and ecosystems
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to scale lending adoption and portfolio growth
- Drive revenue, utilization, and portfolio quality through strong commercial and risk-balanced decisions
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine lending propositions
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with platforms, fintech players, distributors, and enterprise partners
- Structure and execute partnership models that drive loan acquisition, distribution, and usage
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders to unlock new lending channels and revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, tech, operations) to deliver integrated solutions
Product & Portfolio Management
- Lead product development and enhancements for lending solutions aligned with MSME needs
- Oversee portfolio performance including growth, credit quality, and profitability
- Work closely with risk and credit teams to optimize underwriting strategies and frameworks
- Continuously improve customer journey, approval processes, and turnaround times
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze key metrics across the lending funnel — acquisition, conversion, utilization, and repayment
- Build dashboards and reports to track portfolio health and growth performance
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, pricing, and segmentation
- Evaluate impact of initiatives and partnerships on revenue and portfolio quality
Sales Enablement & Execution
- Equip sales and distribution teams with the right tools, frameworks, and value propositions
- Drive pipeline creation, deal closure, and partner-led acquisition
- Ensure strong alignment between commercial teams and lending objectives
- Support scaling of distribution channels to accelerate growth
What you need to succeed:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 8–10 years of experience in business banking, lending, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record in driving lending growth, revenue generation, and portfolio management
- Experience in building and scaling partnerships within financial services or digital ecosystems
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong financial and credit understanding, including lending economics and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus
- Ability to analyze lending data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive decisions
- Experience in building business cases, pricing strategies, and performance models
- Product, Project & Stakeholder Management
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
- Ability to work closely with product, risk, tech, and operations teams
- Proven stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- Experience designing scalable processes for lending operations and growth
MSME & Market Expertise
- Deep understanding of MSME financing needs, pain points, and growth challenges
- Experience in digital lending, embedded finance, or alternative credit models is a strong advantage
- Strong grasp of market dynamics and ability to tailor lending solutions across segments

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth roles, project management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing strategic B2B partnerships.
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong experience managing enterprise or strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in cross-functional leadership environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capabilities.
