Overview:
The Senior Integrated Media Associate is responsible for driving Maya’s paid and owned media success across digital and traditional channels. This role will oversee strategy execution, agency collaboration, media investment optimization, and performance insights—ensuring that every campaign efficiently and effectively supports business objectives. This role involves both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with the Integrated Media and Marketing Management Teams.
A solid understanding of the media landscape & data ecosystems, combined with exposure to traditional, digital and newer media platforms – both paid and owned, are critical to success in this role. This position requires an analytical and innovative thinker who can stay ahead of the ever-evolving media landscape.
What you will do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of media plans and KPIs to ensure campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to Marketing teams on media planning, investment levels, and campaign architecture based on communication objectives.
- Co-develop negotiation strategies with the media agency to maximize media value, efficiency, and impact.
- Oversee paid media activation with the agency, ensuring campaigns meet sufficiency, efficiency, and creative quality standards.
- Drive adoption of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and champion innovation opportunities to help expand Maya’s digital footprint.
- Design channel mix, targeting frameworks, and messaging strategies that maximize spend efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day media planning and buying with the agency, proactively diagnosing and improving campaign performance in terms of sufficiency, efficiency, and quality from media channel to ad/creative level.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign impact on business drivers and uncover actionable insights and quick-win opportunities.
- Own budget tracking and ensure smart, strategic allocation of paid media investments in line with business targets.
- Continuously scan the landscape for media trends, competitor moves, and digital innovations that can sharpen Maya’s media advantage.
- Strengthen Maya’s search visibility by supporting SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy development, content optimization, performance tracking, and integration with paid media efforts.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Finance teams, and Agency partners.
What we are looking for:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, media planning and/or buying. Background in industries such as Tech, Fintech, E-commerce or agencies serving such verticals is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with an ability to stay ahead of its ever-evolving and dynamic nature.
- Knowledge of ads management platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, Search Engine and App Store Marketing/Optimization, and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Power BI/Tableau are an advantage but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of SEO or the dynamics of Search Marketing will also be an advantage but not a requirement.
