Senior Operations Associate

Description: 

Overview: Senior Associate will act as a Team Leader and will ensure supporting back-office tasks specifically for Account Adjustment and Maintenance are carried efficiently and in a timely manner. Must be able to represent the team in various operational requirement gatherings for new product and services and must find ways to further enhance existing processes especially those Toil processes.  Will act as back up once Lead will not be available to oversee the team.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Overseeing daily operations Account Adjustment & Maintenance and other backroom operational support.
  • Ensures 95% on-time in Service Level Agreement
  • Ensures 100% operational readiness for upcoming products/service
  • Staff/People Development
  • Cost reduction thru process enhancements/automation
  • High Audit findings should be remediated

 

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
  • With recon and settlement and/or card/business operations experience at least 4 years
  • Has excellent written, oral communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail
