Description:
What you will do:
- Facilitate business process requirements gathering through identification of stakeholder requirements and presentation of conceptualized draft in the form of process maps, procedures, policies, process checklists and data analysis
- Conduct business process analysis and design by accomplishing official process designs and narrative documents to formalize the process agreements and business requirements
- Provide business process impact and improvement by establishing effectiveness of business process, identify gaps or areas for further improvement and demonstrate benchmarking on standardization and organization of business processes and documentation
- Provide implementation support and monitor progress of business process upon implementation
- Provide document management through creation of electronic filing systems that is available and searchable so that the employees can access the organizations business process
- Ensure document standardization through the creation and update of document templates
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
- With 1-4 years working experience with business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analysis and documentation, and solution assessment and validation
