Overview:

The Senior Product Specialist will act as the vital bridge in connecting business units and technical teams, facilitating the delivery of cost-efficient and scalable products and services that align with the company's goals. This role integrates key skills in project management, business relationship management, product ownership, leadership, and acting as the voice of the customer.

What you will do:

• Develop, manage, and communicate product roadmaps that align with company goals.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on their impact on achieving set objectives.
• Research and identify market trends and emerging technologies in fintech to propose innovative product features and improvements.
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of AI-driven initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Regularly analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance metrics to extract actionable insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
• Use insights from customer interactions to inform product iterations and enhance user satisfaction.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
• With 3-5 years of product management experience in banking, payments, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry.
• Has solid analytical and technical skills
• Able to work in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and Subject Matter Experts
