Overview:
The Senior Project Management Lead is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Project Management function in the Enterprise Group. The role leads and supervises the project management specialists and associates ensuring the integrity and quality of service provided to stakeholders are met. They cover both business project management and client/merchant implementations.

What you will do:

• Train, coach, and mentor the Project Management team members
• Assign projects to project management specialists and associates
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales teams to deliver project requirements
• Take charge and ensure project releases (timeline) are promptly updated and accurate in appropriate reporting tools

What we are looking for:

• Must have more than 4 years of project management experience
• Has knowledge and experience in the payments, acquiring, and banking industry
• Highly analytical mindset, capable of understanding and breaking down project requirements
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at various levels
• Exposure on card schemes and/or POS is an advantage
