CORE PROFILE:

Provide essential operational support for the successful launch and execution of marketing promotions across various banking products, including credit cards, loans, savings and more. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate review and onboarding of marketing promotions via our promo dashboard, , including manual onboarding, and managing operational processes to drive campaign effectiveness.

NATURE OF WORK:

• Coordinate with Segment Marketing, Product Management, Product Engineering and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute successful marketing promotional campaigns through instant or manual rewarding, via our promo dashboard or through manual onboarding.
• Identify and address any issues promptly to ensure that all promotional activities meet the required standards.
• Involves creating, maintaining, and updating detailed process documentation.
• Documenting procedures, process maps, and special handling processes.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

• Successfully review and onboard all promo campaign requests within the agreed timelines.
• Ensure that all onboarding requests are accurately reviewed and onboarded without any errors.
• Ensure manual rewarding are successfully fulfilled per agreed timeline
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards
• Document and reporting management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or Marketing or any related field
• At least two years experience in promotions management and/or project management
• Knowledge of promotional regulations and relevant technical systems being used for promo onboarding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in onboarding processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to meet tight deadlines
