Core Profile: As the Senior Relationship Management Specialist for bank products, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and strengthening long-term relationships with merchants, driving strategic engagement, and leading the cross-selling efforts of key offerings, including business deposits, business loans, strategic partnerships, and innovative digital banking solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Achievement of bank sales target
- Cross-sell digital bank products to merchants
- Submit and complete the necessary information, and documents to onboard merchants.
- Assist merchants in the onboarding process until activation of product or disbursement.
- Establish and optimize relationships with key partners.
- Recognize client pain points, and provide recommendations and solutions based on digital bank product offerings.
- Work closely with different cross-functional teams such as commercial, business development operations, bank operations, compliance, and other key departments.
- Responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures adhere to corporate standards.
- Track, monitor, and report any concerns that key partners raise.
- Leading and managing strategic partner relationships with a focus on co-marketing initiatives and the distribution of banking and lending products.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital bank or banking industries.
- Strong background in account acquisition and management, business development, solutions selling, and cross-selling.
- Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is an advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively engaging and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
