About the Role:

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with the following roles:

• Advanced knowledge on AWS, Azure and/or Hybrid and Multi Cloud implementation. Preferably with Certification at least on Associate Level.
• Work on an environment driven by Automation.
• Perform Proof-of-Concept (POC), Design, and Implement Improvements for Cloud Infrastructure Environment.
• Drive a simple and scalable approach to new technology solutions using automation to enable the organization to easily deploy and operate new features, capabilities, and functionality.
• Familiarity with compliance and security such as Center for Internet Security, PCI-DSS Certification, and BSP Compliance.

SKILLSET:

Proficient in Cloud Infrastructure, Administration and Architecture along with the following relevant skills:

• Demonstrated experience in Operating System such as Windows and Linux based Servers.
• Experienced and Skilled on related to any of the following technologies.
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Openstack)
• Virtualization tools (VMWare, Hyper-V, Xenserver)
• Containers - Kubernetes
• Data Center Server Technologies (Dell, HP etc.)
• Data Center Block and Object Storage (Dell EMC, HP)
• Network Security
• Build and Operate an infrastructure that is based on Code
• Create pipelines to automate rollout and deployments
• Has experience in logging, telemetry, and monitoring tool implementations like Dynatrace, PRTG, Splunk or Prometheus.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in administering infrastructure at scale running distributed systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Data Center and Cloud Platform Management/Implementation such as On-Premise, AWS and Azure.
• Experience working with Containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Public/Private/Hybrid cloud architecture (PaaS) like AWS and Azure
• Knowledgeable in Cloud Infrastructure management on AWS, Azure and/or Hybrid and Multi Cloud implementations
• High level of expertise using Terraform
• Experience in creating pipelines and automated deployment using Gitlab(repo, pipelines, runners,etc.)
• Experience in Terraform, Infra as Code, and Desired State Configuration.
• OS and Database hardening using Center for Internet Security as a baseline.
• Proficient in configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Experience working with Linux and Windows OS
