CORE PROFILE
This role will heavily contribute in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of Maya’s cloud infrastructure with significant focus on: security, network, performance, monitoring, error-recovery, resiliency, configurability, and cost-efficiency.
NATURE OF WORK
- Work on an environment driven by automation.
- Build and simplify infrastructure resource deployment
- Design an architecture that is highly available, robust, and resilient from potential service outage and interruptions.
- Advanced knowledge in AWS with certification at least on an Associate Level.
- Contribute highly in downscaling OPEX while maintaining availability
- Manage and maintain AMI/VM template release to handle and remediate CVEs and adhere to Center for Internet Security baseline.
- Lead Complex and Mission critical Implementations such Disaster Recovery Drill, PCI-DSS Certification, and BSP Compliance.
- Experience on working with Banking System or Financial System
DISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY
- Ability to create highly efficient and redundant architecture.
- Create pipelines to automate rollout and deployments
- Continue to build an infrastructure that is based on Code.
- Efficient in implementing releases.
- Problem isolation and root cause analysis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AWS certification, at least on an Associate Level.
- High level of expertise working with containers and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Experience working with pipelines and automated deployment using Gitlab and EKS pipeline
- High level of understanding in creating WAF rules/policies.
- Infrastructure as a code using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
- Proficient in Bash Scripting, Puppet, and/or Python
- Hands on experience implementing disaster recovery, snapshot implementation and restoration, step functions, lambda, and database replication
- Experience in dealing with PCI-DSS, Data privacy and other compliance
- OS and Database hardening using Center for Internet Security as a baseline.
- Familiarity with Java, Node.js or other programming languages.
