Role Overview :
As a CLM Associate/Specialist at Maya, you’ll support a high-performing team focused on driving sustainable user growth and engagement through targeted lifecycle strategies. Working under the guidance of senior specialists and managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and contributing to customer-centric growth initiatives.
What you will do:
- Support senior team members in compiling and analyzing consumer insights, behavior patterns, and market trends
- Assist in building basic customer segmentation and identifying emerging user needs using available data sources
- Assist in executing targeted engagement initiatives and support performance tracking of key CLM campaigns.
- Help draft and coordinate communication briefs for lifecycle campaigns across digital channels (e.g., push, SMS, email).
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and support campaign scheduling, testing, and optimization efforts.
- Participate in alignment meetings with internal teams to stay informed on go-to-market plans and strategic launches.
- Provide executional support for campaigns targeting specific customer segments or product journeys.
- Work with UX and product teams to collect feedback on the customer journey and support minor enhancements to digital experiences.
- Use dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance (CTR, CVR, retention, etc.).
- Help create weekly/monthly performance reports and surface insights for discussion with the broader team.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management
- Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Media Strategy and Management is an advantage
- Experience in working with large data sets, data models and databases is an advantage
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
- Understanding of fintech industry trends, products, and regulations.
