CORE PROFILE
· Banking and/or Lending
· Credit operations, data analysis and credit modeling knowledge
· Lending business regulations and policies, BSP etc
NATURE OF WORK This section contains the key objectives for the role.
· Responsible for the daily operation of the tools for Collections such as the Collections platform and the
dialer.
· Setting up the recommended strategies and apply it on the system.
· Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways for efficiencies and
improvements
DISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY This section contains necessary behavioral and technical skill stack.
· Decision Making in balancing business goals and risk tolerance of the Bank
· Stress tolerance in setting up start up organizations
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proactive and self-motivated learner
EXPECTED RESULTS This section contains observable and quantifiable key measures.
· Develop a workflow system in incorporating strategies through the Collections Platform and Dialer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS This section contains the required education and experience for the role.
· College Graduate of any related course.
· Work Experience with Collections Platforms and its management or reporting.
· Knowledge and Experience in using a dialer system or any related.
· Experience with Autodialer or Workforce management.
· Experience From Collections/BPO is an advantage.
· Average to above Average excel skills – lookup functions, pivot tables, validations, macros
