Overview:
- Leads the end-to-end implementation of HO-coordinated trade programs across all regions, specifically driving significant increases in GTV and activity rates, including targeted efforts to reverse decline in at-risk accounts.
- Maintain productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient program execution maximizing on-ground visibility and presence in key areas like Top 90 malls and identified tourist hotspots.
- Monitor program performance against clear KPIs, analyzing GTV and active rate trends, implementing streamlined merchandising initiatives, and supporting strategies to enhance competitive advantage and ensure merchant retention.
What you will be doing:
- Trade Program Execution & Growth
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of assigned HO-coordinated trade programs across all regions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Review & modify activation and usage initiatives to significantly increase active merchant rates and GTV among all merchants enrolled in trade programs arresting GTV decline and boost active rates for identified at-risk merchant accounts, including those for LIFs, within trade programs.
- Establish and nurture productive partnerships with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless and efficient execution of assigned programs
- Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GTV growth (including contribution to incremental volume target), active merchant rates (against national average), and program effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize program performance and ensure target achievement.
- Visibility & Merchandising Management
- Drive the achievement of visibility program targets through efficient & timely execution of merchandising initiatives for large enterprise, SME, and mSME segments.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- Proven experience in program management, trade marketing, sales support, or business development roles, preferably within the payments, fintech, or retail sectors. Experience with SME or merchant-facing programs is a strong plus.
